Family Reunion #2

Family Reunion #2 is the Cottle Reunion!
(This is a longer recap for my siblings who weren't able to be there!
I missed them terribly!)
I went to high school, college, and the mid-west with
some of these cousins and I just love them to pieces!
Here we are on a wagon ride!
Here are Tyann and Lacey with Grandpa Cottle!
Then our favorite past time, SINGING TOGETHER!

The next day we went on a huge slip and slide!
The girls and I loved it!
Where was Kody, you ask?
We couldn't pull him away from the fishing with
some of the big boys!
Yes, that is me going down head first!
I'm such a little dare devil!  ha ha! :)
Here Josie and I are going down together!
 Here's the audience!
We enjoyed canoeing, fishing, slip& sliding, visiting,
laughing, eating, 4 wheelers, singing, and so much more!
Here are the girls making bracelets.
The boys got to make ropes,
which Kody loved doing with grandpa.
My brothers and sisters couldn't come this reunion
so here we are doing our talent.  We sang
"If I listen with my Heart!"
Here is my Anut Lynne and her grand daughter
doing a Hawaiian dance.
And Uncle Lyly sharing the good news of their
mission call to Hawaii!  He is going to teach at
BYU-Hawaii! Lucky! :)
My kids could NOT get enough of my
cousins kids.  They were so fun!
Rochelle, me, Lisa, and Melida
Here are the kids singing a few Fathers Day songs on Sunday!
Jayson, Alan, Mike, Darrell, Kevin, and Trent
And we LOVED being with my dad on Fathers day!
We LOVE you dad/grandpa!

Between the reunions!

After the Anderson Reunion, we went to the Cressall's
for a couple of days and boy did we have fun!
Here are the girls ready for bed!
 Here are the boys too!
Here is Holly's fun make over!
BEFORE:
We styled it wavy the first day
and the next day we did it straight!
We took the kids for icee's,
 and we got fabulous pedicures!
Thanks Cressall Family for the fun time!

Next we went to Elsinore, UT to visit my Grandpa!

It was Tyann's 6th birthday so we had some fun!
We went to a rock shop and had a tour!
We went to the Ideal Dairy to have a yummy
birthday treat!

AND we got to help Grandpa feed the lambs!
Kody also wanted Grandpa to pull another one of
his teeth, so Grandpa pulled out the old PLIERS!
YIKES!  It was tough, but we eventually got it!
We also enjoyed visiting with Grandpa and hearing
his stories, playing the piano for him, and sitting on
his porch swing in the evenings!
LOVE YOU, GRANDPA ANDERSON!

Family Reunion #1

The Anderson reunion came first this year
and it was A LOT of fun.
(Although it was sad that Micah couldn't go with us!)
We had tons of fun canoeing,
 visiting,
 riding horses,
 blowing bubbles,
 digging in the dirt,
 riding four wheelers
and SO much more.
Thanks everyone for a GREAT time!

The first of Summer fun!

I have LOVED watching Kody play Soccer!
I have to quiet my exuberant cheering (yelling) so as
to not embarrass him, but I just can't help it!
Here he is in action!
Here are the girls trying to get warm at the game.
It took for-e-ver to get warm here in Idaho.
We also found an awesome animal exhibit at the
library too!  You could even touch all the animals.
We loved it so much, we went back a second time!
We also went on a fun bike ride too!
I tried to wear out the kids before bedtime, but I
think I wore myself out more.
However, it did put Lacey to sleep and Ty was
definitely thinking about it!  :)
We also had another Simplot Family day!
Luck Bryan and Cali got to go with us this time.
I LOVE the protective gear you have to wear.
It ROCKS!

End of the year happenings!

The end of the school year is always busy, but fun!
Here is Josie getting her perfect attendance award.
Phil Meador Toyota offered the kids a free bike and helmet
if they got perfect attendance.  It was a very good incentive!
Here she is on her new bike!
Here is Kody getting his Reading award.
(Not sure why he had that goofy smile! :)
I can't remember exactly how many points he had,
but it was a lot!  He's a really good reader!
When we (Lacey and I) went to Tyann's Kindergarten Graduation,
Lacey wanted to be the star of the show.
She's SO me!  Ha ha ha!:)
Here is Ty at her Kindergarten Graduation.
I hate that they play the graduation song.
Just hearing it makes my eyes tear up.  She's SO excited for 1st grade.
(Good thing I still have Lacey at home or I would be having a heart attack.)
Josie also had her 11th birthday!
She's growing up so quickly!  She's the best helper
and very fun to have around! Love you, Josie!
I love this picture with the Birthday Wreath!!
Doesn't it just shout out, HAPPY BIRTHDAY?

I also got to go with Josie on her "bike hike"
on the last day of school!
Thanks Cali, for keeping Lacey!
We had a blast together. I'm so glad I'm able to make time
for these special moments!
And last, but not least, Josie graduated from 5th grade!
I'm seriously going to have a mild breakdown next
year when she starts middle school!
